- How to order
· To place an order simply add the items you want to your shopping basket.
· Once you have completed your shopping proceed to the checkout icon.
· If you are a new customer then you will be required to register prior to completing your purchase.
· Old customers should login using their username and password.
· You will then be prompted to choose how you would like to pay.
· Check your order details.
· Submit your order.
· You will be sent an email to confirm your order.
· Another email will be sent to confirm dispatch of goods from our warehouse.
· Should we have any further questions about your order, you will be emailed.
· In the event of any items in the order being out of stock, you will be contacted via email within 15 days of the order date. If the item is not temporarily unavailable then you will be notified by email and the available items in the order shipped out.
- How do I know that my payment is secure?
· Photomarket.co.uk uses Protx to guarantee the security of your payments.
· Online payments made using credit cards are encrypted using SSL (single socket layer) technology.
· Debiting from credit cards will only be done when your order is forwarded on the condition that pre-authorisation has been received by us on your account.
· We accept the following types of payment: Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro or Solo. Cash in any currency is not accepted by photomarket.co.uk.
· The Total on your order will include VAT (value added tax). UK VAT is calculated at 17.5%.
· Protx may appear on your bank statement.
- Delivery and Postage
· Your order will be delivered to the registered address in your account details.
· Photomarket.co.uk uses Post Office Standard Mail or special delivery service depending on the value of the items in the order.
· These delivery services aim to deliver within 48 to 72 hours.
· Please note that orders are not dispatched on weekends. Hence an order placed after 6pm on a Friday will not be dispatched till Monday, providing that stock is available.
· Postage and delivery fees will depend on the value and the quantity of items selected.
· Orders will only be dispatched for delivery within the UK. This includes Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.

- Where’s my order?
· If you have placed an order but not yet received a confirmation email, please contact us by email at sales@photomarket.co.uk quoting your username and order reference.
· We will track down the order for you and give you its status.
· If the order has been dispatched but you have not yet received it, please inform us so that we can inquire with our postal service provider.
- Data Protection
· Keep your username and password secret. Failure to do so may result in unauthorized access to your account.
· Do not email images for prints or gifts made from items that contain nude, pornographic, obscene, racist, blasphemous or other obscene imagery.

- What if I need to return an item
· If for some reason, an item has been returned to you damaged then you will be entitled to a refund. You have 14days after receiving the item to contact us and receive your refund.
· If you do not like an item you must notify us and post the item back to us at your own cost prior to receiving a refund.

· All product information has been supplied by manufacturers and suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect information given to us.
· Should you notice any irregularities in the information provided, please inform us so that we may amend it.
